Our trainers will be pleased to provide your staff in Marketing, Customer Service and Service with the know-how and assurance to ensure optimum product advice, and can provide further tips on the expert installation of our equipment.

3-year manufacturer’s warranty:

We are so convinced of the performance capability, technology and manufacture of our products that we offer you a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. Naturally this also applies to products that have been constructed, modified and designed to your wishes and specifications. Batteries are excluded from this warranty.

Repair service:

Fast and carefully executed repairs are taken as read by us. Repaired devices are returned to you within 7 working days. After the warranty has expired, we work out an estimate of costs for you beforehand.

Replacement parts service:

If you prefer to repair an item yourself, we can supply you with the necessary replacement part, even years after purchase. However, please note that repairs may be carried out only by authorized specialists.

OEM service:

If the product that you need does not yet exist in the design you want, we can develop it according to your individual specifications. You want our products in an individual housing or design, printed with your own logo and your product name? We’ll do it!
